Length of ownership: more than 1 year
Pros: These batteries have saved us a ton of money at our church. We used one set of batteries for 5 years before replacing them (more out of precaution than necessity)
Cons: There are no downsides to these batteries. The upfront cost is well worth the investment.

Length of ownership: 1 month-1 year
Pros: I've been using these for audio - wireless IEM packs for the past year. They have proven dependable and durable. Besides saving us money in the long run Ansmann is helping us be green(er).
Cons: None for this application.

Length of ownership: 1 week-1 month
Pros: I use a lot of batteries for flash heads. Typically I have been unimpressed with the rechargrable offerings until now. Sure, there is power leagakge associated with storage, but you can mitgate that. The best feature is that these babies deliver consistent power for a long LONG time. Love 'em.
Cons: Power leakage during storage.

Length of ownership: more than 1 year
Pros: I've tried just about every brand of rechargeable out there and nothing comes close to the run-time and longevity of the Ansmann. Definitely worth the few dollars more. We use them every week, year in and year out for five years now. I won't buy another brand.
